Please note all of the forms below are in regards to the Adventurers program at the Richmond school for 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade.
For the Explorers program at the Ray school please go here.

Please complete the 2015-16 Adventurers Waitlist Form to have your child put on the waitlist for the next, 2015-16 school year.

You will be contacted when a space has opened up for your child.
You will then need to fill out and print the following forms (all PDF forms can be filled out in Adobe Reader):

You will need to submit your payment with these forms to secure your slot.
Payment Instructions

Please complete the 2016-17 Adventurers Waitlist Form to have your child put on the waitlist for the next, 2016-17 school year.
(this form will be activated on 9/2/15, the first day of the 2015-16 school year)
Use this form if you are looking for after school care for the next school year but not for the current year.
